' Our Power To Spread Healing'
‘Sometimes, all that is needed in your world, on your Earth, is a kind word, a smile, a gesture , to spread healing out like ripples on the surface of the water.
You forget this, dear ones.
You forget your own power to heal.
The power to spread healing by gesture, touch, voice, expression.
How easy you have come to find it to achieve the opposite, dear ones!
There is a process that we here call ‘separation’. This process takes the form of a small voice inside you that says:
‘I can’t do that’
‘What difference does that make?’
‘That’s not in my power- that’s for others to do’
Dear ones, please know that you can do that, that things do make a difference, that of course you have power!
Here is a small example; You can rise in the morning and choose to smile at the first person you encounter, or you can choose to scowl. Both of these choices are governed by you, are powered by you.
Which of these, dear ones, is going to spread healing?
Which of these is going to spread positive energy?
Which of these is going to send the ripples over the water that I spoke of earlier?
Which of these choices is going to connect you to that person, to Source itself?
Yes, the answer seems obvious. But, remind yourselves of how often you may have taken the second choice. Yes, beloveds, you would have chosen this- because you have the power to do so.
Now, think about the choice you could have made. Think about the ripples of energy that were sent out as a result.
The person you scowled at feels bad, they transfer that to another person with an unkind word, that next person may cry or feel sadness as a result -and so the ripples of UN-healing spread…….
Imagine, just imagine , the ripples of healing that could have spread if only a small set of facial muscles was used for three seconds to make a different expression. Imagine the complete and utter change to a positive healing energy that would come from just that small movement……………………..
The tiniest gesture that you make can affect, will affect, the healing energy around everyone, at every time.
I spoke earlier of your power.
Power does not mean ego, does not mean control, as many have come to understand it. To us, power is the ability to govern your actions, your emotions, to spread positive energy to those around you. Ultimately, that positive energy will always return to heal you too…………………………..
We feel sad when we see that power applied to the negative energy that can be given out.
Power is choice.
Choose to make your world a healing world.
Make small gestures count, be aware of your words. Reach out with your eyes, your smile.
Healing is not purely the province of those you call ‘Healers’.
You are all Healers!
And So It Is. Know that we love you and always will.
