ANGELS
What are Angels?
The actual word ‘Angel’ comes from the Greek ‘Angelos’, which means ‘Messenger’. Angels are mentioned in every world religion!
We can think of angels as ‘Divine Messengers’ from Source.
The vibrational rate of angels is higher than that of humanity, they are more etheric. Therefore, many people ‘sense’ rather than ‘see’ angels. Some receive them in dreams, some hear them. Whichever of these forms of contact from the Angelic Realm, we can call upon Angels at any time. We don’t need to wait for times of trouble or danger to do this, Angels are waiting to enter our lives at any time…….We all have the protection of the Angels at anytime, all we have to do is ASK!!!!!!
The Realms of Angels
The lowest vibrational manifestations are ‘Elemental Angels’. They may appear as flashes of light, colour, or may appear as what we also call fairies, elves, sylphs or undines ( water spirits). These Angelic energies are connected with nature and more commonly sensed or seen in natural environments.
The next vibrational energy up from elementals are ‘Devas’. Their purpose is to guard specific areas of nature, like forests, rivers, etc. They are very present at sacred sites and buildings also.
It is from these that we move to the highest frequency- known as Angels.
It is said that there are three spheres or categories of angels:
Sphere One- Seraphim, Cherubim, Thrones.
These are seen as the closest to Source.
Sphere Two- Dominions, Virtues, Powers.
These angels serve as ‘governors’ of the Angelic Realm
Sphere Three- Principalities, Archangels, Angels ( These Angels are the most connected of these to the physical world)
These Angels serve as the ‘messengers’.
I channel the energies of the Angels and Archangels in my individual readings. Once a month, I channel a message for all of us from the Archangels.

THE REALMS OF ANGELS
Seraphim- The Seraphim are considered to be the highest in the realm of angels. They are highly evolved beings who are the closest to Source. They are said to balance the movements of the universe and are also said to be angels who watch over the development of all species on all planets ( humans included!) They are described as creatures so bright we could not bear to look at them.
Cherubim- Their name means ‘one who prays’ or ‘wisdom’. Interestingly, they are depicted on the Ark of the Covenant as it’s guardians and they are also known as the ‘record keepers’.
Thrones- These are the third ranking and are the angels given the task of guarding specific planets.
Dominions- The governors of the angelic beings not as highly evolved as themselves or those described above. They have been depicted as carrying golden staffs in their right hands and the seal of God in their left.
Virtues- The fifth ranking order. They are often referred to as ‘the shining ones’ since they transmit beams of divine light. They are considered the angels of miracles and blessings. The two angels present at the ascension of Jesus were said to have been from the rank of Virtues.
Powers- the sixth ranking order. They protect souls and avenge evil in the world. The Powers are believed to be the keepers of the Akashic Records ( the records of all thoughts, deeds and actions that occur in each soul’s lifetimes). They oversee birth, death and re birth.
Principalities- the seventh ranking order of angels. They are the overseers of large groups and organisations. They guard nations, cities and spiritual leaders.
Archangels- the eighth ranking and possibly the most widely known!
Angels- the ninth ranking order and the closest to humanity. Guardian Angels are included in this category.
